With over 20 years of experience, she has trained and worked in salons and higher education environments across North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. Her background includes multiple degrees, licenses, and certifications across a range of brands and methodologies.

She continues her education regularly, refining her work while staying current with new techniques and approaches.

Hayley has served as a global educator for several years, leading workshops, clinics, and advanced training for multiple brands and techniques. Her work has helped shape the skill sets of stylists in salons across the country and beyond through online education.

Her approach is deliberate and highly individualized, shaped as much by observation as it is by technique. She works with a high level of intention, taking into account natural texture, growth patterns, and the way each client actually lives with their hair day to day.

Her work is supported by a curated selection of products chosen for both performance and integrity, with an emphasis on low-toxin, cruelty-free, and environmentally responsible formulations.

Since opening Deluxe in October 2016, Hayley has offered a calm, private, appointment-based experience in downtown Greeneville, centered on care, consistency, and attention to detail.
